SoftwareOne Replaces Head of Finance

SoftwareOne has appointed Hanspeter Schraner as its new CFO with effect from the beginning of July. He will succeed Rodolfo Savitzky, who, as previously announced, is stepping down from the company, according to a press release issued on Friday.

Schraner has more than 20 years of international management experience as CFO or controlling manager at companies in various industries. He has proven expertise in financial management and transformation as well as in the M&A sector, the statement added.

He comes from the industrial group Heritage B Group, where he was CFO for more than five years, as can be seen from his Linkedin profile. He has also worked for Bucherer, Mövenpick, Sarna Hilding and Carlo Gavazzi.

The qualified auditor studied business administration at the University of St.Gallen, specializing in international management.

SoftwareOne CEO Raphael Erb referred to the important role that the new CFO will play in the integration of Crayon. «My future co-CEO Melissa Mulholland and I look forward to working closely with him on the integration of Crayon and SoftwareOne and the implementation of our growth strategy,» Erb explained.

Mulholland is CEO of Crayon.
