Current CEO Philipp Ringgenberg joined the company only two years ago. According to a statement released on Wednesday, he has left the company to pursue new opportunities. However, he has not yet updated his LinkedIn profile and is still listed as CEO on the company’s official website.

Michael Jaeggi, previously Chief Operating Officer, is now taking over the role of CEO. He has only been serving as COO since the beginning of this year. Prior to joining Createq, he held positions including Group CIO and Managing Director at Boerse Stuttgart Group, member of the Group Executive Management at Clearstream International (Deutsche Börse Group), Vice President Clearing & Settlement at SWX Swiss Exchange, and Director Banking Operations at the Vontobel Group.

Also with immediate effect, Amanda Schwegler has been appointed CFO. She has led Group Finance at Createq for several years and will now assume responsibility for the company’s financial management at executive board level.
