Swiss Re Executive Moves to Real Estate Company
Swiss Prime Site (SPS), the SIX-listed real estate company, has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Martina Moosmann will succeed Marcel Kucher, who was appointed CEO as of 1 January 2026 and has since continued to serve as interim CFO. She will take up her new role on 15 April, according to a statement released on Tuesday.
Moosmann will report directly to Kucher and become a member of Swiss Prime Site’s Group Executive Board.
A Portfolio of Over 100 Billion Dollar
Moosmann brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in asset management, capital management, and corporate finance. Most recently, she served as CFO of Swiss Re Asset Management, where she was responsible for the financial management of a global investment portfolio exceeding 100 billion dollar. In total, she spent more than 20 years with the reinsurer, including roles in liquidity management (treasury).
Swiss Prime Site CEO Kucher commented on the appointment: «Thanks to her extensive financial expertise, her many years of experience in dealing with regulators and rating agencies, her proven know-how in investor relations, and her international leadership experience, she will further strengthen our Group Executive Board and support us in achieving our long-term strategic goals.»
