The private equity specialist, headquartered in Baar in the canton of Zug, is appointing Ana Campos and Anette Waygood to the Executive Committee, according to a statement released on Thursday evening. Campos will join the leadership team as Head of Human Resources, while Waygood will become Co-Head of the Compliance & Legal Department and Deputy General Counsel.

Leaving the Executive Committee are Sarah Brewer, currently Head of Client Solutions, and Andreas Knecht, Group General Counsel. Both will continue to hold senior roles within the company, the statement said.

New Head of Business Development

Furthermore, Juri Jenkner, Executive Committee member and President, will additionally take over responsibility for the Client Solutions division, which will operate under the new name Business Development.

Ana Campos joined Partners Group in September 2024 from Accenture, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before that, she served as Co-CEO of its subsidiary Trivadis. Her previous positions included roles at New Reinsurance Company in Zurich and Swiss Re.

Anette Waygood has worked in the Legal department at Partners Group for around eight years. Before joining the firm, she held positions at Baker McKenzie and AIM Marketing.
