Former Bellevue CFO Launches Hypnotherapy Practice

Michael Hutter, the former CFO of Bellevue Group has founded the hypnotherapy services firm, Yamnuska Mind.

Yamnuska Mind is based in Baar and is officially launched this April.

According to finews.com sources, «the purpose of the company is the provision of services in the field of hypnosis and hypnotherapy as well as the provision of consulting and other services in the areas of the board of directors (in particular audit committees), the financial market, consolidation and fiduciary services and related topics.»

Furthermore, Yamnuska Mind «may invest in other companies and acquire, utilise, manage and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, set up subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad.»

New Company After Cooling-Off for Cver a Year

Hutter launched the new company after ‘cooling-off’ on a career break for a little over a year. He most recently held the title CFO and corporate development at Bellevue Group in Küsnacht.

He was simultaneously the chairman of the board of directors at BB Entrepreneur Private. During his 15 years at Bellevue Group, he held titles such as CFO, COO, CRO, and CCO at Bellevue Asset Management. He was also a board member at the firm. From 2012 until 2019 he was a board member of the Swiss Association of Investment Companies (SVIG).

He spent the previous decade working in senior auditing positions at PwC. Some of his former employers include Glencore and Zuger Kantonalbank.
