New Head of Distribution at Pictet Asset Management
Pictet Asset Management has appointed Romy Cuadras as the new head of distribution. Cuadras, who is based in Geneva, assumed the role in May. She succeeds David Deligeard, who retired after holding the position for 25 years.
In her new role, Cuadras will focus on further strengthening the partnership between Pictet Asset Management (PAM) and Pictet Wealth Management (PWM), by enhancing collaboration and delivering differentiated solutions to clients.

Cuadras had been the firm’s head of alternatives since 2021 and head of alternatives and fund solutions since November 2023.
From EFG International and Deutsche Bank to Pictet Asset Management.
Before joining Pictet, she was the global CIO asset class specialist for alternatives at Deutsche Bank in Geneva. At Deutsche Bank, Cuadras was globally responsible for the alternatives, mutual funds, and ETFs business. She held various major titles, such as EMEA head of hedge fund advisory, head of fund solutions EMEA, and finally, global head of fund solutions.
From 2004 until 2008, she served as the co-manager of a Luxembourg-regulated fund of hedge funds at EFG Bank in Geneva. Previously, she served as a trader and hedge fund specialist at EFG Capital International.
She started her career as an operations administrative assistant at Coutts & Co (USA) International in Miami and Florida.
