Simon Steiner has been working in executive search for over seventeen years, advising institutional investors, asset managers, private markets firms, and family offices. His focus includes the placement of key positions in portfolio management, CFO and COO functions, as well as international sales roles, particularly across the Nordics and Benelux regions. He supports many of his clients through growth, transformation, and succession phases and has been a trusted sparring partner to numerous clients for many years.

Tabea Eckardt brings extensive experience in recruiting specialists and senior leaders within asset management and private markets. Since 2018, her focus has been on strategic recruiting, international mandates, and sensitive succession processes across the DACH region. She combines deep market knowledge with a highly personal, trust-based advisory approach.
