New CEO at Prospera Invest

The appointment was announced by Heinrich in a LinkedIn post. «I’m grateful for the trust placed in me and excited to work closely with Christian Freihofer, CFA, and the entire team to build on Prospera’s strong foundations and long-term client relationships,» he wrote.

Heinrich brings around 20 years of experience across wealth management, investment banking and consultancy roles. He began his career with early internship positions at UBS in Frankfurt and J.P. Morgan in Paris, before moving into M&A at Credit Suisse in Hamburg.

Stations at PwC, VP Bank, and Credit Suisse

From 2012 onwards, he held roles across London, Frankfurt and Zurich in corporate finance-related assignments, including M&A, ECM and venture and scale-up environments. He later joined PwC Switzerland, where he worked for four years as Senior Manager and in executive staff functions.

In 2021, Heinrich moved to VP Bank in Vaduz as Chief of Staff, where he led a client solutions office focused on private market investments. From 2022 to 2023, he served as interim COO at Credit Suisse in Zurich, including responsibilities related to trust management. Most recently, he held a brief Managing Director role at Commerzbank in 2025 as chairman of the regional management in Hamburg, while also taking on senior advisory mandates, including at Qyro Partners, where he remains Senior Advisor according to his LinkedIn communication.

Family Office Roots

Prospera Invest is not a household name, but it has built a steadily expanding platform over the past decade. Founded in 2017 by Freihofer, the company initially focused on wealth advice and soon won its first asset management mandates.

In 2018, the in-house family office was integrated into Prospera Invest, including the management of assets following the sale of two company holdings of the Freihofer family. In 2019, Prospera-Invest Vermögensverwaltung was incorporated and affiliated with the self-regulatory organisation VQF, while the business increasingly shifted towards discretionary asset management.

Digital Asset Management

A further milestone followed in 2021 with the merger with Chevrolet Consulting, resulting in Marcel Chevrolet becoming Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prospera Invest expanded its client base and added expertise in pension planning and taxation, while also introducing vested benefits and Pillar 3a solutions. In 2022, the firm was authorised as an asset manager by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and affiliated with the supervisory organisation AOOS.

In addition to traditional discretionary mandates, Prospera Invest also offers a digital asset management product with a minimum investment of 50’000 Swiss francs, with Swissquote as custodian bank. The company has offices in Zurich and in Reinach (Baselland).
