Management Change at Zürcher Kantonalbank
The Bank Council of Zürcher Kantonalbank has appointed Roger Reist as Head of Institutionals & Multinationals and Member of the General Management, effective July 1, 2026.
Reist currently serves at Raiffeisen Switzerland as Head of Corporate Clients, Treasury & Markets and as a Member of the Executive Board. He brings extensive professional and leadership experience in banking, particularly in areas highly relevant to his new role.
Return to a Former Workplace
From 2010 to 2020, he already worked at Zürcher Kantonalbank, where he served as Head of Trading and Sales for Foreign Exchange, Banknotes & Precious Metals. Before that, he was Head of Securities Lending & Repo (2013–2019) and Head of Fixed Income Securities Lending & Repo (2010–2013).
Roger Reist succeeds Stephanino Isele, who will leave the bank at the end of June 2026 as part of the regular succession planning for members of the General Management.

Before joining Zürcher Kantonalbank, Roger Reist worked at UBS Investment Bank in trading and at PricewaterhouseCoopers International as an auditor for banks. He began his career in 1997 at Aargauische Kantonalbank, where, as an equity and FX execution trader, he first became involved in trading.
