The subsidiary of SSI Holding AG in Balzers, Liechtenstein, announced at its Annual General Meeting the election of Pietro Leone as the new Chairman of the Board.

Leone is no stranger to Liechtenstein’s financial center. He brings with him decades of experience in banking. He was the first CEO of Neue Bank in Vaduz and served as a member of its executive management for over 14 years. Today, he works as an executive coach, business consultant, and board member, and he also served as a member of the board of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association.

Expansion of the Liechtenstein Unit

With Leone’s appointment, SSI Asset Management aims to further strengthen the expansion of its Liechtenstein operations. The company intends to reinforce its strategic focus on sustainable growth and excellence in corporate governance.
