Marc Giraudon is stepping down from his role as CEO of Helvetica Property Investors. His successor will be Dominik Fischer, the company announced in a press release on Wednesday.

Fischer, who has so far served as CIO for Helvetica, will assume his new position on November 1, 2025.

According to the statement, the leadership change is taking place as part of the succession plan and «in close coordination between the Board of Directors and the current CEO.» Giraudon said he had deliberately prepared Fischer for this moment.

New CIO Already Appointed

Giraudon will remain with the company as a strategic advisor and will support his successor during the transition phase.

«Dominik knows our company inside out and brings exactly the market expertise we need for the next phase of growth,» said Chairman of the Board Philipp Good.

Fischer’s current responsibilities will be taken over by Dirk Adriaenssen, who is currently responsible for asset management.

The personnel changes are still subject to approval by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (Finma).
