Swiss Property Market Shows Regional Outliers in July
The asking prices for single-family houses and condominiums in Switzerland showed little change on average compared to the previous month. Following the intense market activity of recent months, the residential property market took a breather in July, according to the market report published on Thursday by real estate consultancy IAZI and Immoscout24.
Prices for single-family homes remained unchanged compared to the previous month, and were up 3,2 percent compared to the same month last year. Asking prices for condominiums rose by just 0,1 percent month-on-month and by 3,8 percent year-on-year.
