Zurich-Based Financial Boutique Records Significant Growth in RFPs
Zwei Wealth has recorded a substantial surge in demand in the Request-for-Proposal (RFP) business. Since the beginning of 2023, search volumes have risen by 90 percent to 787 million francs, and more than 5'247 proposals have been submitted, according to a statement released by the Zurich-based company on Friday.
More than 500 providers were invited to participate in direct client pitches. Demand for fixed-income mandates has decreased compared to the previous year, while equity mandates have grown by 45 percent. Mandates with a balanced risk profile accounted for 53 percent of the proposal volume, while those with equity profiles made up 36 percent.
Interest from pension funds, family offices, and foundations
The company reported strong demand from pension funds, family offices, and foundations. The search volume for high-net-worth private clients totaled 435 million francs since 2023, with an average RFP size of 2 million francs.
«2024 marks another milestone in the development of our platform to reshape the wealth management landscape,» said Cyrill Moser, Head of Provider Management.
Zwei Wealth’s RFP business is said to drive market efficiency further. The company supports private clients, pension funds, and family offices in identifying optimal asset managers.
