Simon Lang bolsters Advoro’s Corporate/M&A team in Zurich. As a specialist in these areas, he advises clients on corporate acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, as well as restructuring and insolvency projects. After graduating from the University of Zurich in 2005, Lang gained experience at law firms in Zurich and London, and as Senior Legal Counsel in the corporate legal departments of two publicly listed companies.

Ulrich Sauter brings 25 years of experience in financial and capital markets law. A former General Counsel of prominent financial institutions and a leading blockchain foundation, Sauter has deep knowledge of the regulatory challenges facing the finance and crypto industries. His expertise includes advising on structured financial instruments, FinTech, digital assets, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
