Hans Ploos van Amstel will become an advisory partner at Partners Group and is stepping down as the company's chief financial officer the private equity firm said in an emailed statement late Wednesday. Ploos van Amstel joined Partners Group in 2020.

Manuel Ottinger, head of group finance, and Philip Sauer, head of corporate development, will share the CFO responsibilities until a successor is announced, the statement said.

20- year Veteran 

Furthermore, after 20 years at the firm, Marlis Morin is stepping down as client services head and is also leaving the executive board. Morlin will, however, remain a Partner at the company.
