Credinvest Bank Increases Its Profit

The Lugano-based bank, which is also present in Zurich, increased its net profit in 2025 compared to the previous year, from 3,4 million francs to 3,6 million francs. Operating income also rose, from 21,0 million to 22,8 million francs. Assets under management grew from 3,5 billion to 3,7 billion francs.

In its statement (the full 2025 annual report is also available), the private bank provides the following details on the development of its three business segments:

  • Interest business: Net interest income declined from 7,4 million to 6,7 million francs.
  • Commission and services business: Fees and commissions totalled 12,2 million francs net (previous year: 9,9 million francs).
  • The result amounted to 3,9 million francs (3,7 million francs).

A Profound Structural Transformation

The private bank also takes a broader view. Over the past four years, following changes in its shareholder base and management, it has undergone a profound structural transformation. The number of employees has doubled, and client assets under management have grown significantly.

The bank also recalls the «Astro Credy» project by artist Yuri Catania, which in January 2025 transformed its headquarters in Lugano into a 550-square-metre urban glass art canvas.
