After eight years at Swisscom, Balz Gut joined Inacta as a member of the executive board, taking responsibility for the Financial Services business unit. Just a few weeks later, he will assume the CEO role from Alexander Bojer, who will take on a new position outside the company, according to a statement.

Gut brings more than 25 years of leadership experience at the intersection of management consulting, technology and financial services. As a member of the divisional management at Swisscom Banking, he was responsible for all Professional Services units.

At Inacta, he has been advising banks and insurance companies on process automation, digital transformation and customer interaction management. As CEO, he will now apply this operational experience across the entire company and all client segments.
