Expertise in IP, IT & Data Protection, and Sports Law

Martina Braun will strengthen the IP, IT & data protection, and sports law practice groups. She advises national and international companies, start-ups, associations, and private individuals on contractual issues and guides them through complex negotiations. Her areas of expertise include copyright, trademark, personality rights, and data protection law. She is particularly experienced in the commercialization of intangible assets and in drafting licensing and sponsorship agreements in the sports and entertainment sector.

Specialist in Insolvency Law, Restructuring, and Litigation

Denise Jagmetti complements the Insolvency Law & Restructuring and Litigation practice groups. She advises companies and private individuals in complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as in commercial law disputes. Her previous work as a substitute judge and court clerk at the Zurich Bankruptcy and Probate Court provides her with a valuable legal foundation.
