ZKB Appoints New Head of Real Estate Transaction Management
At the beginning of December, Silvan Stöckli will assume the role of Head of Real Estate Transaction Management within Zürcher Kantonalbank’s (ZKB) Asset Management division. He succeeds Daniel Stoll, who is leaving the bank after approximately 15 years at his own request to pursue self-employment, according to a statement issued on Friday.
Stöckli has been part of ZKB’s Asset Management team since 2023, serving as Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager. Prior to that, he spent five years in the acquisition and sales team at Swiss Prime Site. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate (CUREM) from the University of Zurich.
Experienced in Complex Real Estate Transactions
«Silvan Stöckli is a proven expert with extensive experience in successfully executing complex real estate transactions,» says Stephan Lüthi, Head of Real Estate Asset Management.
Stöckli will be supported in a co-lead capacity by Rafik Awad, Real Estate Portfolio Manager. This move is also connected to the planned expansion of the real estate transaction team, which is set to be completed by mid-2026, according to ZKB.
Under Daniel Stoll’s leadership, ZKB’s Asset Management division has developed into a leading player in the Swiss transaction market for income-producing properties. The annual transaction volume now amounts to more than 500 million Swiss francs, according to the bank.
