Reshuffle in VP Bank’s Executive Management
VP Bank has appointed Felix Brill as the new Head of International Locations as of early 2026. In this role, he will take on responsibility for client business in Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Singapore, according to a statement released on Thursday.
This function had previously been held on an ad interim basis by CEO Urs Monstein. Brill, who has been a member of the Group Executive Management since the beginning of 2025 as Head of Investment & Client Services, prevailed in a selection process that included external candidates.
Brill is responsible for the investment strategy as well as the competence center for products and services. As Chief Investment Officer (CIO), he is also in charge of VP Bank’s investment strategy and leads the research and investment teams.
He will relinquish responsibility for products and services. These will be newly integrated into the Market Strategy & Client Development division under the leadership of Rolf Steiner.
Previously at Wellershoff & Partner
With his many years of experience in the financial industry and his successful track record within the VP Bank Group, Brill is described as the ideal candidate for this position.
Before joining VP Bank, the manager spent nine years at Wellershoff & Partner, first as Chief Economist and then for nearly three years as CEO. From 2006 to 2009, he was Head of Economic Research Switzerland in UBS Wealth Management, according to his LinkedIn profile.
