Serenis Appoints New CIO

Effective early August, Serenis named Cédric Ozazman as its new CIO and Head of Asset Management. The company aims to strengthen its position as an independent wealth advisor with this appointment.

Ozazman joins from Mirabaud, where he served for more than three years as Head of Investment in Wealth Management. Prior to that, he spent over 12 years at Reyl in Geneva, also as CIO. He began his career in 2002 at KBL Swiss Private Banking.

With the new CIO on board, Serenis intends to embark on a new entrepreneurial chapter, the press release said. The firm plans to operate in a forward-looking, independent manner, with a focus on long-term growth for its clients.
