Effective September 1, 2025, Annette Nanzer will take over as the new Head of Human Resources at Vontobel. She succeeds Caroline Knoeri, who resigned at the beginning of the year and has since left the bank.

According to a statement released on Thursday, Nanzer brings many years of experience as an HR executive and consultant in international leadership roles, along with in-depth expertise in implementing digital and organizational transformation processes.

Until now, Nanzer served as Head of Human Resources at Zuger Kantonalbank. Prior to that, she held international leadership positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, Partners Group, Swisscard AECS, and McKinsey. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Bern, according to the statement.
