Cité Gestion, which was acquired by EFG International four months ago, has appointed John Plassard as a partner, according to a report published Thursday by the French-speaking Swiss portal Finance Corner.

The appointment will take effect on July 14, 2025.

John Plassard joins Cité Gestion from Mirabaud, where he served for over twelve years as a Senior Asset Specialist. With 25 years of experience in the investment field, John Plassard is a well-known figure in the financial sector and regularly appears in Swiss and European media.

At Cité Gestion, he will be responsible, among other things, for the bank’s strategic asset allocation.
