Stephan Hässig will become the new Head of Corporate Clients at Migros Bank and a member of its Executive Board as of September 2025.

He succeeds Olivier Häner, who has held the position on an interim basis since February, according to a statement released Friday. In January, long-standing Head of Corporate Clients Bernd Geisenberger announced he would be leaving Migros Bank at the end of June to pursue new professional opportunities.

Most recently Head of Personal Banking in the Zurich Region at UBS

According to the statement, Hässig joined UBS in 2005 and worked in advisory roles for corporate clients, institutional clients, and high-net-worth individuals. Most recently, he served as Head of Personal Banking in the Zurich Region and as Head of Corporate Clients for the Aargau & Solothurn Region. Prior to that, he was responsible for UBS's corporate client business in Zurich North.

Before his time at UBS, he worked at private bank IHAG Zurich and Zürcher Kantonalbank in customer acquisition and client management.

Häner will return to focusing on leading the structured corporate finance business, which he has successfully built and expanded.
