Ginesta Positions Itself in the Investment Property Sector
Ginesta Immobilien has recruited two new professionals, as finews.com has learned. Martin Brüngger has been leading the newly established Investment Property division since October 2024, and Cornelia Rhyner has joined the team as Senior Transaction Manager.
With these moves, the company aims to «further establish itself as a competent partner for discerning private and institutional investors in the investment property sector.»
Extensive Industry Experience
Brüngger brings extensive experience in transaction management of income-producing and commercial properties. He joins from real estate service provider Avobis, where he served as Head of Transactions. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of R&A Immobilien.
Rhyner also offers strong industry expertise. She, too, worked at Avobis as Senior Transaction Manager and previously served as an Investment Manager at a listed real estate company. Earlier career stops included Ernst & Young and KPMG.
Ginesta, a family-run business for over 80 years, describes itself as one of the leading real estate brokers in the greater Zurich area and the canton of Graubünden.
