Zurich-based Investment Boutique Hires Former UBS Executive

As of January 1, 2025, Victor Amores has taken on the role of CEO at  DCP Client Partner in Geneva, according to a statement released on Thursday.

His appointment marks a significant milestone in the branch’s growth trajectory and reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering bespoke investment solutions.

Extensive Wealth Management Expertise

Amores brings 15 years of wealth management experience and a strong leadership background from UBS. He has managed financial intermediaries in Latin America and advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals and single-family offices in the Middle East. During his tenure at UBS Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW), his focus was on Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

In his new role, Amores will lead the strategic growth of the Geneva branch, which was launched in July 2024, leveraging his extensive network and expertise. Marc Currat, who previously led the branch, will now serve as Chief Investment Officer, focusing on refining the organization’s investment strategy and enhancing portfolio management.
