Strategy Consulting Firm Expands Team with Two Banking Experts
The consulting firm CCounselors, which focuses primarily on Switzerland and Germany, is expanding its partnership: Katrin Nesemann and Patrizia Ribaudo will join the team as partners starting in January 2025, according to an announcement on Friday.
Extensive Expertise in Strategic Communication
Nesemann is a veteran communications consultant with extensive experience in strategy shifts, restructuring, cultural transformation, and leadership development. Her previous roles include Managing Partner at Witten Group and Head of Internal Communications at Vontobel.
Before that, she spent 15 years specializing in public affairs, corporate and crisis communication, as well as science and healthcare. With three decades of experience designing workshops and conferences as well as serving as a systemic coach, she brings valuable expertise in managing transformation processes, the firm stated.
Decades of Industry Experience
Ribaudo brings 20 years of communications experience, making her an expert in the financial industry. A former financial journalist and corporate communicator across company, association, and agency settings, she most recently served as Head of Communications at Metzler Bank.
Prior to that, she held the same position for over seven years at the German fund association BVI. Her experience in agency roles further sharpened her expertise in advising international and domestic financial institutions on strategic communications.
Swiss Presence and Entrepreneurial Leadership
In addition to founder Peter Dietlmaier, CCounselors’ partner team includes Matthias Goldbeck, Jürgen Homeyer, Christian Lawrence, Richard Lips, Giesela Piltz, Birgit Rügert, and Swiss partners Dominique Reber, Victor Schmid, and Michael Schoenenberger.
At CCounselors, all consulting is conducted exclusively by partners who also bear entrepreneurial responsibility and hold equity stakes in the firm.
