Mirabaud Asset Management is appointing Benjamin Carter head of U.K. wholesale, according to a statement on their website Tuesday.

Carter joins the private bank from Aviva Investors, where he was a director for business development.

"The U.K. remains a hugely important market for Mirabaud," said Lionel Aeschlimann, who is CEO of Mirabaud asset management and a managing partner of the group, in the statement announcing the hire.   

Michael Wang will join the the global emerging market equities team as a senior analyst and deputy portfolio manager. Wang will work under the leadership of Charles Walsh.

Elena Bignami will join the responsible investment team as an ESG analyst. Prior to joining Mirabaud Bignami spent three years at Institutional Shareholder Services, according to her Linkedin page.
