Lombard Odier Nabs Experienced J.P. Morgan Banker

Geneva-based Lombard Odier is hiring Alberica Brivio Sforza to head its private banking business in Italy effective immediately, according to a statement Monday. The banking veteran replaces Giorgio Riccucci, who held the position for over three and a half years.

Prior to her appointment, Brivio Sforza was a managing director at J.P. Morgan International, where she oversaw senior bankers. In the past, Brivio Sforza has also held positions at BNP Paribas and Julius Baer.

Brivio Sforza will be based in Milan and will report to the private bank's Europe CEO, Henry Fischel-Bock, and to Stephen Kamp, who heads the private clients unit of Southern Europe and Latin America.
